Campus Coordinator

Campus Sorority Woman Mini Pageants

Lead something meaningful.
Build confidence on your campus.
Create a pathway to the national stage.

What is Campus Sorority Woman?

Campus Sorority Woman is a student-led, campus-hosted mini pageant experience designed to bring leadership, sisterhood, and impact to college campuses.

Each Campus Sorority Woman mini pageant is:

  • Coordinated by a sorority woman on campus

  • Designed as a fundraiser with purpose

  • Open to sorority women at that university

  • Aligned with the values of confidence, leadership, and service

The winner of each campus mini pageant qualifies directly for National American Sorority Woman (NASW) 2027.

This is pageantry as leadership development,  not just a title.

The Role:  Campus Coordinator

As a Campus Coordinator, you’ll serve as the lead organizer for your campus’s Campus Sorority Woman mini pageant.

This role is ideal for sorority women who:

  • Want real leadership and event-planning experience

  • Are involved in Panhellenic, chapter leadership, or campus organizations

  • Enjoy bringing people together for a meaningful cause

  • Want résumé-worthy experience tied to a national organization

You don’t need prior pageant experience, just initiative, organization, and heart.

What You'll Do

As a Campus Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate a Campus Sorority Woman mini pageant on your campus

  • Recruit participants from your sorority community

  • Collaborate with ASW/NASW for guidelines, support, and branding

  • Coordinate logistics (venue, schedule, judges, basic program flow)

  • Lead a fundraising-focused event aligned with your campus or chosen cause

  • Crown your campus’s Campus Sorority Woman titleholder

You will not be doing this alone.  You’ll receive structure, guidance, and templates to support you.

Why This Matters

Campus Sorority Woman is designed to create accessible leadership opportunities and expand confidence-building experiences beyond the national stage.

As a Campus Coordinator, you are:

  • Creating opportunities for other women

  • Building leadership experience in real time

  • Strengthening sorority community on your campus

  • Connecting your campus to a national platform

This is impact that lasts far beyond one event.

The Bigger Picture:  A National Pathway
