My journey has always been about people.
From sorority leadership and pageantry to HR and entrepreneurship, I've had the privilege of being in spaces where women are asked to lead, communicate, compete, grow and become visible. Those experiences showed me something powerful - so many capable women are waiting. Waiting to feel confident. Waiting to be qualified. Waiting to be invited. Waiting to be chosen.
I created American Sorority Woman because women shouldn't have to wait for someone else to recognize their potential before they begin using it.
